The City Clerk's City Hall office  is at 121 N. LaSalle St., Room 107, Monday-Friday from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm. The satellite offices listed below. 
Applicants must possess a current and valid Chicago vehicle sticker and provide proof of residency when submitting an initial application.
Current fees for annual permit parking stickers are $25.00 per vehicle and they expire each year on June 30.  One day guest passes are available in packs of 15 for $5.00 per pack.  

Services provided by the City Clerk Satellite Offices include Chicago vehicle stickers; Residential parking zone permits-annual and daily passes; U.S. Passport processing; Claim Forms for personal injury, property, vehicle and water; Dog Licenses; KIDS, Chicago Medical ID and Senior ID Programs.
