Carbon Monoxide Detector Law

Illinois Poison Control (IPS) has urged Illinois residents to comply with a new law mandating carbon monoxide detectors in Illinois residences. The Carbon Monoxide Detector Law (Public Act 094-0741) went into effect on January 1, 2007.
