Condominium Refuse Rebate
NOTE: All 2011 rebate applications must be received in our office no later than Friday, January 27, 2012 for introduction in the January City Council meeting to ensure payment. All condominium associations and townhouses not eligible for city garbage pick-up are entitled to a rebate on their private scavenger service. The association will receive a maximum of $75.00 per residential unit, per year ($50.00 in 2012) or the total amount of the refuse bills for the period you are filing, whichever is the lesser amount.
