Condominium Refuse Rebate
All condominium associations and townhouses not eligible for city garbage pick-up are entitled to a rebate on their private scavenger service. The association will receive a maximum of $75.00 per residential unit, per year or the total amount of the refuse bills for the period you are filing, whichever is the lesser amount.
