If you observe any graffiti:

1.  Take a picture
2.  Note the Address, Date and Time.
3.  E Mail above information and photos to graffiti16@yahoo.com or drop off
     information and photos to 16th District, 5151 N. Milwaukee Ave.
4.  Call the 38th Ward Office or 311 to remove the graffiti.
