Fall Into Fitness 5K Run/Walk

The 5K Run/Walk starts at 8:30 a.m. in Portage Park, at Irving Park Road and Long Avenue. The certified course is a mini tour of the beautiful Portage Park neighborhood and the 38th Ward.  It is co-sponsored by Our Lady of the Resurrection Medical Center and Alderman Tom Allen.  Fall into Fitness will take place rain or shine.  Proceeds will go toward providing health care for the indigent who are treated at Our Lady of the Resurrection Medical Center.
